Flairwood Decor’s Return Policy:
At Flairwood Decor, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and incredible customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Regular Returns: Buyer's Remorse
You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if all of the following requirements are met.
- The item has not been used and is still in its original packaging.
- The item has not been damaged (unless clearly stated at the time customer received the original package, see "Damages & Defects" section for more details)
- The item has not been changed or modified from its original form.
- The item does not have any missing parts or pieces.
Please keep in mind that although we will refund you the full amount of the purchased item, you will be responsible for shipping the items back and paying the carrier directly for return shipping costs.
Defect/Damaged Returns:
Although our team goes to extreme measures to make sure all of our products are packaged securely and handled with care, sometimes things just don't go according to plan. But don't worry! Your satisfaction is our top priority.
In the case that your products arrive damaged, or with a factory defect, we will be happy to send you a new product as long as you complete the necessary steps correctly and get approved by our Quality Control team.
Step 1: Please inspect product at the time it arrives! If it is clear that an item is damaged, please refuse the delivery and write on slip "Refused due to shipping damages". You must report any defects or damages within 48 hours of accepting the delivery.
Step 2: If you had already received the package and only then noticed a damage or defect, please take a moment to take clear pictures of the product and packaging. (multiple pictures from different angles is always helpful)
Step 3: Email our customer service team at info@flairwooddecor.com and give a detailed explanation of the damages/defect.
Step 4: We will contact you for further details.
Please Note:
It is important you follow these steps carefully. Otherwise, you may be held liable for any damages that may have occurred during delivery.
All returned products will be inspected and are subject to approval by our Quality Control team.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable Items:
The following types of items may NOT be returned under any circumstance:
- Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled.
- Modified or altered items.
- Products not in original Flairwood Decor packaging.
- Products missing parts/pieces.
Missing Parts:
If you receive a product that is missing any pieces, please contact our customer service team at info@flairwooddecor.com for immediate assistance.
