  • Flairwood Decor’s Return Policy:

     

    At Flairwood Decor, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and incredible customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

    Regular Returns: Buyer's Remorse

    You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if all of the following requirements are met. 

    - The item has not been used and is still in its original packaging.                                 

    - The item has not been damaged (unless clearly stated at the time customer received the original package, see "Damages & Defects" section for more details)                       

    - The item has not been changed or modified from its original form.                               

    - The item does not have any missing parts or pieces.

     

    Please keep in mind that although we will refund you the full amount of the purchased item, you will be responsible for shipping the items back and paying the carrier directly for return shipping costs.

    Defect/Damaged Returns:

    Although our team goes to extreme measures to make sure all of our products are packaged securely and handled with care, sometimes things just don't go according to plan. But don't worry! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

    In the case that your products arrive damaged, or with a factory defect, we will be happy to send you a new product as long as you complete the necessary steps correctly and get approved by our Quality Control team.

    Step 1: Please inspect product at the time it arrives! If it is clear that an item is damaged, please refuse the delivery and write on slip "Refused due to shipping damages". You must report any defects or damages within 48 hours of accepting the delivery.

    Step 2: If you had already received the package and only then noticed a damage or defect, please take a moment to take clear pictures of the product and packaging. (multiple pictures from different angles is always helpful)

    Step 3: Email our customer service team at info@flairwooddecor.com and give a detailed explanation of the damages/defect.

    Step 4: We will contact you for further details. 

     

    Please Note:

    It is important you follow these steps carefully. Otherwise, you may be held liable for any damages that may have occurred during delivery. 

    All returned products will be inspected and are subject to approval by our Quality Control team.

    All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

     Non-returnable Items:

    The following types of items may NOT be returned under any circumstance:

    • Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled.

    • Modified or altered items.

    • Products not in original Flairwood Decor packaging.

    • Products missing parts/pieces.

    Missing Parts:

    If you receive a product that is missing any pieces, please contact our customer service team at info@flairwooddecor.com for immediate assistance.

  • No, all of our vanities come assembled and ready for installation! We do advise use of a licensed              contractor and plumber otherwise warranty is voided.

  • Different products can be mixed and matched. For instance, you can buy an Ivy vanity and combine it with the Frost's mirror. However, because all the vanities come ready-for-install, you cannot mix and match one vanity style's cabinet with a different vanity's countertop.

  • Our number one priority is making sure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition. We hold our packaging department to an extremely high standard and use all the necessary foams, stretch             wraps, corrugated pads, corner protectors, boxes, and many more items to ensure our products               arrive safely at your door step.

  • Normally, 3-6 business days.

  • We work very hard to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, but understand that this isn’t always the case. Make sure that you fully inspect your vanity before you sign for the delivery. Goods are to be opened and inspected thoroughly. Any damages or scratches on your vanity must be identified on the delivery slip. By signing the delivery slip free and clear, you are thereby acknowledging that the goods were received in perfect condition, and were inspected upon arrival.

    Please make sure to report any damages or discrepancies on your shipment within 24-48 hours of the      delivery. Following these steps will ensure that any replacements needed are processed in a timely matter.

  • For a gloss finish, The beauty of cultured marble is the ease of cleaning and maintaining the new shiny look. To clean, just wipe with a soft cloth or sponge using a mild soap and water or a non-abrasive foam cleaner. To maintain your marble luster, periodically apply a protective coat of wax.  It is like a furniture polish that should be applied every few months, depending on use. 

  • Our bathroom vanity sets are all pre-treated to be water resistant. We use solid oak wood and plywood for our base cabinets on cabinet drawers, rather than using MDF or fiberboard, which will eventually absorb moisture and cause the wood to bubble or split. By using higher quality materials, we have helped to minimize any wear and tear that may possibly occur.

  • Yes, all the countertop’s on our vanities have pre-drilled holes for single faucets.

  • It is 1 3/8 inches in diameter.

  • Bathroom faucets are 1.2 GPM and Kitchen faucets are for 1.8 GPM.

  • Unfortunately, the vanity sets are not currently ADA compliant.
